Where are the professionals you place from?
Most of our placements are skilled remote professionals, but we place skilled remote workers from wherever the right person is. We have placed talent from multiple countries, and we have even placed US-based professionals when that was the best match for the client.
How much does a placement cost?
We start every engagement with a free business audit, with no commitment required. From there, the cost depends on the role and experience level. Because we place remote professionals, our clients typically save 50 to 70 percent compared to hiring the equivalent US-based employee.
What is the 90-day guarantee?
Every placement is backed by a 90-day guarantee. If the person we place is not the right fit within the first 90 days, we find a replacement at no additional cost. We chose the person ourselves, so if it is not working, that is on us to fix.
