How long does placement take?
We start with a free business audit to understand exactly what you need. From there, most clients have a matched candidate ready to review within two to three weeks. Onboarding support continues for the first 90 days.
What is the 90-day guarantee?
If the person we place is not the right fit within the first 90 days, we find you a replacement. We back every placement because we chose the person ourselves. If it is not working, that is on us to fix.
