Todd built a 20-year company on this model first.
Todd Marinshaw spent 20 years building a US company against the national names in his industry. He built it on Filipino talent, a full professional team since 2018. That was not a pilot or an experiment. It was how the business ran every day.
When the industry shut down, that team is what brought the business back. Veteran-owned and SDVOSB certified, Todd is not pitching a theory. He is offering other owners the exact system that carried his own company through the hard years.

Alex spent 22 years inside the talent market he hires from.
Alexander Compton spent 22 years in the Philippines. Ten as a professional basketball player, twelve as a coach, including with the national team. Two decades of relationships, language, and daily work alongside Filipino professionals.
He knows this talent market the way you only can after living inside it. He knows where to find people, how to read them, and how to set them up to succeed in an American business. That judgment stands behind every match we make.
